We recently stayed at a cozy cottage near the beach. It had clean rooms, on-site parking, and a generous welcome basket. Our adult daughter enjoyed it too. Nearby were local pubs, shops, and even a bus stop to explore other towns.

Felt like home, no complaints.

The communication from the owner regarding the keys and check-in was excellent. The cottage itself was super cozy, with a log burner ready to use and a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. I appreciated the leaflets on nearby attractions and the book of menus from local restaurants. The on-suite bathrooms in each bedroom were a great asset, and there was even a downstairs toilet. The location was convenient, with two local pubs, a post office, pharmacy, and a shop just around the corner. The cottage was super clean, and there were parking facilities on-site.

Charm: The staircase was a narrow winding one, which was a little difficult, but it added charm to the overall character of the property. It felt like stepping into a fairytale cottage and added to the unique experience of staying here.

The location of this charming character cottage is perfect, with a peaceful surrounding and within walking distance to central Broadstairs. the cottage itself is cozy and comfortable, with nice touches like a log burner and a welcome pack upon arrival. the bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathrooms, which is a great advantage. there are local amenities nearby, including pubs, a shop, and a bus stop for easy access to the main towns.

The only downside is the lack of a washing machine for longer stays.

The staircase was a bit narrow and winding, which could be a little challenging for some guests.
